Clubhouse monthly assessments will be $100.00 for single & social members and $150.00 for golfing couples.
Charges for all tournaments and all events with the exception of the opening and closing parties, will not be applied toward
monthly minimums.
Incentives For Early Payments:
Members paid by January 31, 2010 will be issued three (3) guest passes. PASSES WILL BE ISSUED BY 4/1/2010
NOTE: Post Office cancellations will be used to determine date of payment. Passes may not be used to reduce monthly billings if not used.
Members electing monthly installments will be assessed a service charge of $15. Under this plan 1/6th
of the total billing (excluding prior
balances) will be due on the last day of the month beginning December 31, 2009. Members not electing the installment plan and not fully
paid by February 28, 2010, but having expressed their intentions to remain members, will be assessed a service charge of $25 and the full
amount must be paid by April 1, 2010. Payments
for dues are to be made by check or money order (no credit cards).
New Memberships/Initiation Fees:
The initiation fee for 2009 will be $3,000 for Senior Membership and $1,500 for Jr. Executive, (35 years of age or under) both plus the
applicable sales tax at that time. Payments for initiation fees are to be made by check or money order (no credit cards).
Special Note:
Under the By-Laws, Art. 1, Sec. 8 (d) reads in part “upon the failure of such holder to pay the dues and assessments
fixed for the current year,
or shall fail to advise the Secretary of his intentions by March 1st of each succeeding year and upon termination, such holder shall cease to
be a member of the Corporation.
REMINDER: TWO DELINQUENT POSTINGS IN ONE FISCAL YEAR (Nov. 1st through Oct. 31st) MAY RESULT IN AUTOMATIC RESIGNATION.
